Construction begins along the south side of School Boulevard between Fenning Avenue and Cardinal Hills Park.

The Water Department is completing annual maintenance the water towers in the City.

They will be starting with the tower on the east side of town (at the top of the hill by Montiview Park), then moving to the water tower on the other side of town.

Residents in the area may notice a drop in water pressure while the work is being completed. Tower cleaning may create a yellowish to brownish discoloration of water in homes near flushing areas. While this water is safe for drinking, it may discolor laundry. If you are experiencing discolored water, we advise you to hold off from doing laundry and run water until lines run clear. If this discoloration last longer than two days, please call the City’s Utility Department at 763-295-3170.
