Kids Lifting Certification

Join us Monday, Nov. 21 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. for our Kids Lifting Certification class! Kids ages 12-15 are required to take this one-time class to gain full access to MCC’s fitness area.

?Participants work with a Certified Personal Trainer and learn how to safely use the fitness equipment, proper techniques, and gym etiquette. Pre-registration is required, click here to learn more!
