Monticello 2040 Vision and PlanThe Monticello 2040 Community Vision + Comprehensive Plan is a project looking to the future of the community. It was developed with public input and provides strategies to achieve a vision of the future.

Vision

The final Monti2040 Community Vision report was approved by the City Council in February 24, 2020.

Comprehensive Plan

The Monticello 2040 Comprehensive Plan provides a blueprint for the community over the next 20 years! It translates the community’s vision into specific outcomes for land use, transportation, parks, economic development and community identity. The City Council adopted the Monticello Comprehensive Plan on November 23, 2020.
