Planning Applications

The Community Development Department processes and reviews requests for land development. Before staff can review a proposed project, a Land Use Application must be completed. These requests require submittal of applicable documents and a review by the appropriate City staff and commissions.

Land Use Application & Vacation Petition

Print or complete the appropriate application online and email it to the Community Development Department:

• Land Use Application (PDF)
• Vacation Petition Application (PDF) and Vacation Petition Document (PDF)

Please note that an original signature is required to be submitted.

Sign Permit Applications

Applications are required to be submitted, reviewed and approved by the Building Department prior to sign placement.

Print or complete the appropriate application online and email it to the Community Development Department:
