Parks, Arts & Recreation Commission (PARC)
PARC develops and reviews plans for parks and recreational facilities, develops recreation programs, reviews parkland dedications for new subdivisions, and makes recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council.
Park & Pathway Plan
The 2011 Parks and Pathways Systems Plan laid out bold ideas and coordinated steps needed to achieve our vision for Monticello's recreation system.
The plan has been the foundation of exciting enhancements to the park system for nearly 10 years.

Occasionally our workers come across keys, cell phones, wallets, etc. while mowing in the parks or while performing routine park maintenance.
